EQUITOUR International Riding Holidays continues to grow! From time to time we are looking for new product managers and we look forward to receiving a suitable INITIATIVE APPLICATION for your future career plans.

Our company with its brands PEGASUS and EQUITOUR is a specialist tour operator for riding holidays in Germany, Europe and worldwide. Our company has been at the forefront for 52 years and attracts customers from all over the world. Our contractual partners and riding stables in around 50 countries cover a broad spectrum from luxury riding holidays to adventure rides. Your tasks include independent research, conceptualisation, testing and ongoing monitoring, purchasing, costing and the touristic handling of equestrian holidays in many different countries around the world. This includes the creation and maintenance of websites and travel documents, catalogue production, correspondence with service partners, contract negotiations and customer contact in accordance with your language skills.
In addition, there is all the usual office work for the countries and partners you look after: customer advice, reservations, payments, invoice control, compilation and dispatch of travel documents.
Occasional travelling in the form of product checks and trade fair presentations.


Your tasks:


- Purchasing tourism products and negotiating with service providers
- Strategic development of destinations and programmes
- Developing new programmes
- Creation of catalogue pages, maintenance of programme pages on the web
- Compilation and dispatch (online) of travel documents
- Written and verbal correspondence with service providers
- Providing telephone and written advice to customers and maintaining contacts
- Reservation and booking processing
- Calculation, master data maintenance
- Product control and quality assurance in the relevant destinations
- Representation of the company at equestrian fairs in Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Your Profil:

- Riding and travelling are your passion
- High school education (Abitur, FH, etc.), studies of any kind or completed training with professional experience
- Business fluent in English, other foreign languages (Spanish, French, etc.) an advantage
- Commercial and country knowledge
- Good general knowledge, strong communication skills in dealing with customers and service providers
- Proficiency in MS Office products, knowledge of InDesign, Access, web creation an advantage
- Structured and efficient way of working, ability to think and act independently
- Able to work under pressure, flexible and a team player

Knowledge of German is essential!
