Riding in Argentinia

Argentina is the second largest country in South America. Sprawling geographically, from sub tropical in the north to almost subarctic in the southern tip, the western side of Argentina is separated from Chile by the stunning Andes mountain range - the variety is perfect for a horse riding holiday!

At the Haciendas in the Cordoba region you may ride some exeptional, home grown horses of the Paso Peruano breed. The Haciendas are relicts of the colonial era and are well restored with lots of passion for details. Enjoy wonderful rides, life and exquisite comfort!

Enjoy the solitude and silence of Patagonia and its beauty. Ride through the majestic Andes and follow long forgotten Inka Trails.

Arrival: Airports Cordoba, Rio Gallegos, El Calafate and Bariloche de los Andes (southern tours), San Rafael (northern tours), Chapelco.

Weather & Climate: Mellow temperatures in Nov-Mar

Eat & Drink: Of course the best red-meat of Argentina at a traditional barbeque with mate-tea

Lodging: Camps, hotels, and basic lodges
