Georgia
Georgia is famous for it´s high mountain ranges, but in fact there is a wide variety of landscapes with even semi deserts in the south. Like in Mongolia, there is a long tradition of breeding and keeping horses and life is still closely conected with farming and nature. 
Weather & Climate: From alpine climate in the high mountains to hot summers in the semi desert. The temperatures vary a lot during the year and between night and day due to the high altitude and inland situation.
Eat & Drink: local food with a lot of meet, milk products, but also fruits, nuts and wine.
Lodging: Camps, guesthouses and mountain huts.

Mongolia
Everyone who dreams of endless steppe and wild horses will find his dream come true in mongolia. You will get a closer view on the traditional way of life of the mongolian folks. You will wath some wildlife in their natural habitat while you are riding cross the mongolian steppe. 

The mongolian nomads are famous for their deep understanding of horses and their riding abilitys are legendary. You will ride through siberian mountain forests and the taiga of the Gorkhi-Terelj national park. You will never see any roads or fenes in this tree-less region.

Kirgisistan
Kirgisistan is sourrounded by kasachstan, china, tadschikistan and usbekistan. Kirgisitan is very mountanious and a part of the silk road goes through Kirgisistan. It in yet unknown to the mass tourism and so you can experience pure central asia in an adverterous style. 
Weather & Climate: kontinental climate, dry and hot in summer, cold during winter. The most moderate climate you will have in july and august. 
Eat & Drink: Traditional cuisines with tasty meals fitting the european taste

Uzbekistan
Uzbekistan is best known for it´s highly developed culture during the time of the silk road. Sientists of the coran schools studied stromy, mathmatics and medicin and were leading in these fields. The schools as well as many mosques, bazars and palaces with their beautiful ornaments are characteristic for the cities of the Silk Road, namely Buchara and Samarkant. Uzbekistan´s countryside has lately devoloped some tourism as well, there are few guesthousesm but there are still so little tourists that the country promisses a very authentic experience. The landscapes vary from deserts, steppes to high green mountains. 
Weather & Clumate: The biggest part of the country is covered by steppes and desert, so it is very hot in summer with temperatures above 40 degrees. In the mountains it is rather dry as well, but the temperatures are agreeable and there are a lot of creeks.
Eat & drink: Salads, vegetables, meet and potatoes and also sweets are eaten. There are a lot of different dishes offered in the restaurants.
